Who is ANGEL 760B?

Bill and I adopted a Salvation Army Angel for Christmas this year. It was lots of fun purchasing clothes and toys for this little 7 year old boy. After we went and purchased all of his new present it really got me wondering who is Angel 760B?

I wonder where he lives, where he goes to school, what his hobbies are, or if he has any siblings? It even got me wondering what his family is like, and if they go to church but most importantly I wonder if Angel 760B knows who Jesus is? My prayer this Christmas is that Angel 760b understands the real meaning of Christmas and that he experiences the love of Christ. So Angel 760b where ever you are out there we wish you a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year!!!

Here are the items we purchased for our Salvation Army Angel!

Christmas is coming!!

I absolutely love this time of year! I love being with family, family traditions and remembering the real meaning of the season. I have been extra excited about this season because this year starts the begining of several new Christmas traditions. I will not only experience my normal Christmas traditions with my family but Bill will get to be apart of them and I will also get to be apart of his family!

Saturday really kicked off the Christmas season for us. It was so great to have nothing to do this past Saturday. Bill and I relaxed and went shopping for Christmas decorations. It was such a blessing to do this together. We went to several stores and picked out ornaments, a wreath and of course the Christmas tree. It is a day I will remember forever. It was so special for us to purchase our own Christmas decorations to start our families collection. We also spent a little while going through Christmas decorations from both of our past. It was neat seeing the ornaments that Bill and I made and had while we were kids. They are precious things we will share with our children one day.

Pictures to come soon! My camera is dead today!
